Semiconductor Inspection Socket Parts (MC)
Processed on an MC 3-axis machining center. Various machining works include digging a groove of length 10mm and depth 1.8mm with a φ0.3mm end mill made of hardened resin material containing 30% glass and machining a 0.2mm wall.
Infrastructure Equipment Parts (NC Lathe)
We produce various infrastructure equipment parts that are used in deep sea, underground, and in space, through composite lathe 5-axis machining.
Curved and Spherical Parts
Processed on a composite lathe 4-axis machining center. Bowling ball and pin samples have been produced with beautiful curved surface machining.
Optical Equipment Parts (MC)
We produce camera housing and lens barrel parts with MC. Surface treatment is discussed in advance, and the appearance quality control after processing is carefully managed.
Optical Equipment Parts (MC 5-Axis Machining Automatic Production)
We conduct mass production during unmanned night operation with a robot attached to the 5-axis MC machine.
Optical Equipment Parts (NC Automatic Lathe)
Processed on a composite automatic lathe. Complex parts such as optical equipment, analytical equipment, and medical equipment parts are produced.
Storage, Medical, and Automotive Equipment Parts (5-Axis MC)
Capable of handling prototype production before mass production of castings and die castings, as well as irregularly shaped processing of medical device and storage parts. Compatible with sizes up to □500 x h500.
Analytical Equipment Parts (NC Lathe)
Processed on a 2-spindle lathe machine. Balanced spool machining such as φ80mm x 60mm and machining on both sides are conducted, among others.
Hand Finishing
As fine machining leaves burrs that cannot be removed by machines, skilled personnel responsible for burr removal have developed their own tools and strive for beautiful finishing to satisfy customers.
Various Blasting
Our company has various equipment prepared for blasting purposes, depending on the intended use, including general 1mm metal balls, finer micro-particles, and ice blasting that dissolves upon use to achieve a satin finish.
Cleaning
All parts produced by our company are cleaned thoroughly, except for castings and die castings that are prone to rust. We use a cleaning machine with vacuum function to ensure that even the tiniest holes are sparkling clean.
